Askaic

Askaic is a fictional a posteriori diachronic conlang created by Jan van Steenbergen during 1996. It is an indo-european conlang and a member of a fictional branch of that language family, the "Khadurian languages". Askaic is closely related to Hattic.

The " home page" listed below contains another text (about stars). No grammatical information beyond a handful of listserv posts has been found online.

Babel Text

1. Cha toki pušui epud sñeik uins cha luvoi šmoneš.
2. Anu etnuder, za kraitandeš af arsimaš esrahens punu fluju en uris Šinarš cha eburens svam.
3. Cha urš eled saifi soi: "Hynu! Za seivaimu untseš cha uso itaimu sanš." Cha asetajins sanš gve mejavuntseš, cha poldu epud supuš bitum.
4. Cha elens: "Hynu, za mejaimu kerñ cha bašam, ychru ušaš šelestised tsivu. Cha seivasmeš nypuš švonpuš jenu, zeñza nai vaifyzesmer jofer toki pušui."
5. Aza Seiš eilhynud, aseza espychud kerñ cha bašam mejardañ zrau erchus hirsum.
6. Cha Seiš eled: "Spychut! Sakš uins cha sñeik uins az šakpuš, cha ku ade, ju gagainer tenze. Cha ñu naju jensed supuš unteñfonu, ju fai jaluins tenze.
7. Spychut! Ilhynsmeš cha svam mynsasmeš sñeikem suveñ, zeñza nai freinasens sñeikem sum halum."
8. Cha svana Seiš evaifyzud senš jofer toki pušui, cha ešens mejaze kerñ.
9. Svekas šu minader Babel, ukas za Seiš memynsa sñeikem tokau pušuš, cha svana Seiš vavaifyzu senš jofer toki pušui.
