The Black Speech is a conlang by J. R. R. Tolkien.

Unlike the other languages of Middle-earth, the Black Speech is a conlang with the fictional setting of the world: it was designed by Sauron as a lingua franca of his various slaves and minions. Tolkien designed it to be as hideous and twisted as possible, filling it with harsh sounds as in the inscription on the One Ring:

Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul, ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.

One Ring to rule them all, one ring to find them, one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

Little else is known about this language.
