Atarel is a personal mixed a priori/a posteriori conlang which was created during or before 2004 by a person called Seiji Suenaga. It has influences from Japanese, Latin, Old English, and German. The language has a short grammar at its archived home page, as well as a dictionary and a page on pronunciation.
