The candrabindu, also known as chandrabindu, chandravindu, candravindu, and chôndrobindu, is used in Indic scripts, usually for marking vowel nasalization. Those scripts have their own code points for candrabindu in Unicode.[1] The candrabindu presented here is one that is used in the Latin alphabet for transliteration of Indic languages.

There are no precomposed letters with candrabindu. Also note that it may be confused with fermata ◌͒.
