Arlipo is an ido of Esperanto which was created in 2003 by Lubor Vitek. It is nearly identical to Esperanto (save for some minor subsititutions such as chi- for omni-), but was changed to make the language more "euphonious" and " more adoptable" for the EU and various other similar organizations.
