Eltharin is the language of the Elves of the Warhammer World, the setting of the Warhammer Fantasy strategy and role-playing games. It seems as if only a word list and samples of a complex, possibly logographic writing system are available.
Eltharin is not to be confused with Eldarin, the western branch of Quendian, the family of the Elven languages of Middle-earth to which Quenya and Sindarin belong. Eltharin appears to be unrelated to it.
