Smooth translation
Long time ago, a raven and a bat flew across the mountains. There was a stony road.
Near the road lived a worm. It said, "I ask myself, what strange thing is coming from the mountain peak?"
Another worm said, "I never saw anything like that."
The raven came nearer in order to talk to the worms.
"Good day" said the raven to the worms. "What are you talking about?"
One worm said to the raven, "We are talking about the mountain peak."
"Mm", answered the raven. "I'll fly to the peak to explore it."
After a time he returned. "Good", the raven said. "I flew to the peak. There seems to be a wide river there."
One worm said, "Ah, I see a river. Under ..." The other worm sighed. "I may be unhappy."
The bat turned to the worm and said: "I was at the peak. Near the peak there seem to be trees."
One worm said to the bat: "Can you carry me to the high plateau?" The bat said, "Would you be happy if I did?" "Bah", said the raven. "If you come to my wings, we will reach the high plateau." And so they left.
