Arkian is a naturalistic a priori conlang which was created by Jan Havlis in 1995 for the Czech micronation of Ark Maramia. The language was inspired by Turkish, Finnish, Chinese, Abkhazian and Czech and has a unique associated script (for examples, see the language's home page).
The website linked to below contains a grammar sketch and an Arkian-Czech dictionary.
