Adelic is an a posteriori conlang with a vocabulary which was "derived from Indo-European roots along lines similar to, but distinct from, the Germanic family of languages". It was begun in 1993 by Scott MacLagan.

In 2009, Adelic was given a place on the Conlang Learners Shortlist.
