Kēlen is an artlang and exolang invented by Sylvia Sotomayor. Its main uncommon feature is that the language does not have an open lexical class of verbs; instead, four relationals are used.

Kēlen is spoken by the Kēleni, a humanoid species of the planet Tērjemar.

Kēlen was chosen, in a tie with gjâ-zym-byn, for the Conlang learners project in September 2009. The same year, it was the winner of the annual Smiley Award.

Kēlen has also been featured in many most conlang relays.
