Hi! I'm Ely Yehuda Shemer, a.k.a. soweli kijetesantakalu Ilaje (or instead of soweli kijetesantakalu, you can just say soweli, kijetesantakalu, kijete, kije, sowelije, sowelijete, sowelijetesantakalu, or just jan if you've entirely given up on trying to say any of these godforsaken name honorifics). That's my toki pona name. Yep. It's very weird. I admit my custom honorific sucks. I'm a Generation Zalpha (Z but also α) cusp born on January 26th, 2011. I have diagnosed autism (Asperger's syndrome), diagnosed ADHD (pretty severe, like I just CANNOT focus on practically ANYTHING that ANYONE says without zoning out and forgetting everything they said immediately), and undiagnosed OCD (I wash my hands practically every 2 seconds and I'm a huge perfectionist). I have been a tokiponist since the release of Oats Jenkins' YouTube video on the language in late October of 2023, and it's the reason why I'm so into conlanging. Ask me anything about toki pona and I can answer it. Reference anything in toki pona and I'll get it (most likely). My native language is English, mi toki e toki pona (you probably get it by now that I'm obsessed with this language), and ich lerne Deutsch using Duolingo.
