I started to conlang when I was 11 years old (I am now 16). I remember writing my first conlang on a car journey home and later that year I began to design my first conscript. My first conlang, Hopra (now Hopyratian) was to fit into my conworld, Sepistania, which I had been developing since I was 8 years old and soon I was writing a whole range of languages for the different cultures such as Eldich and Gobladian. Last year, I read "The Language Creation Kit" and "Advanced Language Construction" by Mark Rosenfelder which really sparked my passion for linguistics and I was able to include more complex things for my languages. In addition to that, I am a current member of the Language Creation Society. I am interested in all areas of linguistics, however I find I have a particular love for phonology. I have now extended my linguistic knowledge so that now I have been experimenting with new ideas and theories and try to make my languages exciting.
