Here's a mainly English-based suggestion for the first sentence

naw ul al arz *had wun langwa and kummun *sbiix

/naw ul al arθ xad wun langwa and kummun sbiiʃ/

Asterisks mark forms that I think shouldn't become cannon. Italics show things I think should be cannon

I'd like to see Spanish-based and Arabic-based versions, and then we can decide what to do next.
