Someone who makes conlangs, doesn't know all too much about linguistics but firmly believes that English is effectively an Austronesian-aligned language if we say that 'I' is direct, 'by me' is ergative and 'me' is accusative and treat the English passive as patient-trigger. I've made a fair bit of conlangs in my life and I enjoy conlangs with weird features and am fond of synthetic languages that have a high capacity to generate new words and have interesting and unusual grammatical properties. Also, terrible at reading Captchas, this one cost me 9 tries.
