Even though I'm pursuing a career in healthcare, I have studied linguistics in university and it has always been a huge hobby of mine, especially phonetics and phonology, in both modern languages and historical stages. I obsess myself over language change and how phonetic inventories change over generations. My main language interests are the CJKV languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese), Thai, Romance languages, PIE (Proto-Indo-European), and English.
