Mount Kaona

Mount Kaona (Mirselec Kaonahorma) is a mountain in central Masalne. Its summit is 1529 metres in height. An active atratovolcano, it lies at the boundary between Hadamfe Province and Besurgana Province, and it is sometimes known as the Mountain of Fire and Water since, despite its volcanicity, it is surrounded by lakes and rivers which form the boundary of the two provinces. The name Kaona is derived from the Old Mirselec Kaun, meaning border.
