The Rushalya river {Mirselec Rushalya ainos) is a river in Masalne and one of the most important rivers of Risevne. Beginning in the Central Mountains, it flows into the Anegros Valley and then out onto the Feladmena Plain, joined by several tributaries, before it enters the sea at Gardaus Bay.
