- 2. The voiceless bilabial aspirated stop /pʰ/ is reassigned the value /φ/.

- 4. The labiodental approximant /ʋ/ is reassigned the value /w/.
- 5. The alveolar trill /r/ is reassigned the value /ɾ/.
