You have reached the user page of Nissa Annakindt, AKA Nissalovescats. In addition to cats, I love conlangs and auxlangs. My favorite conlangs are Esperanto, Amerysk, Volapük, Universalglot and Ido.
I discovered Amerysk when I met a local man called Oak--- he says he is the original Oak--- who gave me a booklet and papers about Amerysk. I put these online, and now, after years of seeking after more information, have undertaken the task of expanding the language and making it available to interested persons via a blog and Facebook page devoted to Amerysk.
I have a conlang of my own, Balapük, which is based on Volapük with as much of the grammar complications thrown out as I can manage. But right now that's on the back burner while I work on upgrading Amerysk and transcribing some material from the original Universalglot book.
