The Dark Eye

Aventuria (German Aventurien) is the main game world of Das Schwarze Auge (The Dark Eye), the most popular German tabletop role-playing game. Aventuria is a small continent (smaller than Europe) which nevertheless runs the full gamut, climate-wise, from arctic tundra in the north to tropical rain forest in the south. There are other continents on the world: Myranor, Rakshazar and Uthuria.

The cultures of Aventuria resemble various cultures of Medieval Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
