Glossopoeiology

Glossopoeiology (/glɒsoʊpiːjˈɒlədʒi/], from Greek γλῶσσα 'tongue, language', -ποιία 'making' and λόγος 'saying, account, explanation, narrative'; cf. glossopoeia) is the study and theory of conlanging as a craft art, game as well as a cultural and social phenomenon, including the artistic biography of conlangers.
