Baroye is a neighbourhood in Isana, comprising the three streets - North, South and Outer Baroye - that straddle District 1-3 and 1-4 of the city, within the East Bay District. Once the centre of the old capital's port district, Baroye is now one of the areas considered to be at the heart of the economy of Isana.
