The Sages' New Pillar (Mirselec Maiga ta Ori Histamir) is a famous painting done in 1954 by the modern painter Adresil Mude; it is the Autumn piece of his series titled "Studies of Lake Onetre, 1954".

The angle of the painting is presumably from a boat near the Sages' Pillars, the rock columns standing in the northeast of the lake. In 1945, a reconaissance aircraft crashed into the lake on a mission, killing the pilot;
