University of Isana
Isana Aufeschera, or the University of Isana, is a collegiate university in Risevne; as its name suggests all its 24 colleges are located within Isana itself.
With its three oldest colleges founded in 1476 DN by the Crown, IA (as it is known in Mirselec) is one of the oldest universities in the country, and is seen as one of the best universities in the world; in successive annual rankings of universities around the world it is consistently placed in the top five. The school comprises 24 "general" colleges, which are in many ways separate universities offering a variety of courses in arts and sciences, as well as many specialised colleges for advanced study or research; some of the more famous include the Isana Bioresearch Institute, the University of Isana Institute for Political and Social Sciences, the Royal Ecological Institute, the Royal Institute of Fine Arts, and the University of Isana Conservatory.
