Characters in /slashes/ are in the IPA, characters in <angle brackets> are the latin transliteration.

  • /i, u, a, y, e, o/ = <i, u, a, y, e, o>
  • /p, b, t, d, k, g/ = <p, b, t, d, k, g>
  • /m, n, ŋ/ = <m, n, nh>
  • /f, v, θ, s, z, ʒ/ = <f, v, th, s, z, j>
  • /l/ = <l>

Naeso will also have a native script, but we need to be able to write it in ASCII too, e.g. on IRC.

Liaison

We have voted the liaison consonant to be /ʔ/. How is it written down?
