This template lists which Conlang relays are currently running, like this:

Conlang Relay 19½ will most likely start after relay 20 has ended.
Signups for Relay 20 are now closed. The relay will start on 2012-11-03.
Signups for Relay 21 will open on 2012-12-22.
The results of Relay 19 are being published, but it is still running because none of the final torches are done yet.

Use * bullets. If no relays are to be listed, replace with the following line:
