The milhaf are a group of related alien races. They are descended from feathered bat-like marsupials. They are the creation of Nik Taylor. The name milhaf is derived from the phrase "Our Kind" in one of their languages, Classical Uatakassi, as it exists in its descendant Ivetsian. Their planet is known as Galhaf, "Our World" in the same language. The two main species are the Easterners and the Westerners, names derived from their original occurrence on Galhaf. Other semi-sentient relatives exist.
