Neiberin Province, also known as Province 20, is a province of Risevne, situated in northwestern Masalne. It borders Lorudac Province to the south, Hyomeniga Province to the east and Tineye Province to the north. Its capital is Bermisaye.

Mention of Neiberin Province or Prefecture has been existent in Risevan records since around the 14th century, though the area known as Neiberin then referred to what is now the Berunise Range, part of the massive mountain ranges of Masalne. By the early 1600s the province extended to the sea and was the site of many important stopping points along the famous Western Sea Road.
