Further allomorphy ideas
You might want to add a reading /nel/ for 四, for nelikko and neliö? Ofc /-lji-/ would not be even permissible per Finnish phonotactics, but maybe still worth mentioning.
Similarly, if you're having 飲 as simply /juo/, you might need a reading /jo/ for the past stem joi-.
Moreover on CVV stems: if you were to have both /juo/ and /jo/ for 飲, then perhaps kuu puu suu should be simply 月 木 口, vs their imperfect stems 月い 木い 口い? Cutting a "stem" off a long vowel seems a bit excessive.
And for 北, also /pohj/ might make sense, given the archaic pohja "north" (e.g. in pohjatuuli).
(love the project, btw) --Trɔpʏliʊm • blah 14:05, 21 June 2014 (PDT)
- Oh thanks, I'll change all of those things except for puu etc. It's easy to overlook forms of words. Regarding /-lji-/, isn't there such a word as "neljin"?
- Kiitos! :)

- I don't think I've ever needed to use the instructive of neljä aside from the expression nelinkontin, which does show the loss of /j/… Though hmm, I figure plural forms of local cases might allow /-lji-/ after all ('kävin viime viikolla neljissä bileissä')? Similarly veljieni — oh wait and definitely poljin or the imperfect hylkiä > hyljin. So yeah, retracting that. --Trɔpʏliʊm • blah 17:59, 27 June 2014 (PDT)
