:Of course, it's OK.  I'm working on this Swadesh list.  Sorry I didn't answer your question sooner.  I'm not used to checking the discussion on my pages!  I will be indicating words of Turkish origin in red.  There won't be too many on the Swadesh list, though.  Now that I know that the Greek immigrants from Turkey spoke Turkish, not Greek, as their L1, I feel a little less constrained to pepper Athonite with Turkish words.
