Faranit contains several personal pronouns. It has the standard singular and plural distinctions and a rarer, but still common, exculsive/inclusive distinction (atleast in the nominative). Other features foreign to English speakers are its animacy distinctions in the third person and fourth person. A unique aspect is it's split isolating and case system for the dative/ablative. The pronouns decline for nominative, accusitive, possessive, and (in most cases) ablative/dative cases.
Nominative:
Singular | Plural | |
First Person, Exclusive | Hav (/ʔæv/) | Vaelhib (/veɻɪb/) |
First Person, Inclusive | - | Ferih (/fɛɹɪʔ/) |
Second Person | Noer (/noɹ/) | Molih (/mɔlɪʔ/) |
Third Person, Animate | Don (/dɔn/) | Teip (/tip/) |
Third Person, Inanimate | Dom (/dɔm/) | Teip (/tip/) |
Fourth Person | Teripes (/tɛɹɪpɛs/) | Teripes (/tɛɹɪpɛs/) |
Accusitive:
Singular | Plural | |
First Person | Hein (/ʔin/) | Foenin (/fonɪn/) |
Second Person | Moekin (/mokɪn/) | Moelin (/molɪn/) |
Third Person, Animate | Doem (/dom/) | Tibin (/tɪbɪn/) |
Third Person, Inanimate | Daekin (/dekɪn/) | Tibin (/tɪbɪn/) |
