I'm a linguistics hobbyist from NYC trained on Wikipedia, Wiktionary, and Youtube. I love learning about etymology and grammaticalization.
Lexical classification by predicativity somewhat arbitrarily allocates different sets of grammatical categories to referential and predicative classes and requires that derivation or periphrasis adapt each class to the other's grammatical categories when necessary.
 
At the moment, I'm working on a tentatively geofictional loglang with the following goals:
1. omnipredicativity
2. unambiguity
3. speakability
4. lexical evolvability
5. grammatical stability
 
I'm also one of those conlangers who are monolingual because they can't decide between learning something interesting or learning something usable. I know a bit of German and a bit of French.
