Your questions
Please pardon my posting here, but I cannot reach the CBB from the network I use in my office. You, by posting "You wager incorrectly.", did exactly what I was wagering you would do...you posted again in the thread, persisting in derailing the thread from the actual topic of my script. Perhaps you did this as some sort of retaliation for my silly test of board rhetoric when you posted your Thai inspired script, or maybe you really think that Kenaya is impractical. In any case you don't seem to realize that I am well aware of how people will react to my scripts. For years the arguments about "impracticality", "unreadability", "similar characters", etc. have permeated the conlanging community. No one is more conscious of this than I am. however, the research I've done indicates that glyph-to-phone correspondence plays a key role. That is, a language like English, where a letter can have multiple sounds depending on surrounding letters, is more prone to cause readability issues even for people with no learning impairment. Whereas, a language like Spanish causes much fewer issues, even for dyslexics, as its glyph-to-phone ratio is fairly low. And both of these use the same alphabet! That's why Kenaya isn't impractical. I appreciate you wanting to comment on my script, and I value your opinion as a conlanger and a talented conscripter...but when I demonstrate that your viewpoint is founded on less-than-reasonable information, please don't resort to comments like ""Regardless this discussion is pointless"", as that serves neither of us and totally distracts from the betterment of the community. Thank you for reading and I hope this finds you well. masako (talk)
I am sorry not being able to help you; while I have been granted admin status, that doesn't mean that I would be a MediaWiki wizard, or have received a tutorial in wiki management and FrathWiki administrative policies. It is one matter to be allowed to do something; it is another to know how to do them. --WeepingElf (talk) 08:05, 18 September 2017 (PDT)

Thanks for the Table of Contents that you've put on my user talk page. I'll probably adapt it a bit, so that the characters are lower case (which is more consistent with my Romanisation), but I think it looks good.

Welcome to FrathWiki! We hope you will contribute much and well. You will probably want to read the help pages. Again, welcome and have fun! Muke Tever | 14:40, 19 July 2014 (PDT)

Your questions

I am sorry not being able to help you; while I have been granted admin status, that doesn't mean that I would be a MediaWiki wizard, or have received a tutorial in wiki management and FrathWiki administrative policies. It is one matter to be allowed to do something; it is another to know how to do them. --WeepingElf (talk) 08:05, 18 September 2017 (PDT)

Again, I am sorry that I can't help you. I don't know which admins are there, and who of them are still active. --WeepingElf (talk) 07:47, 23 September 2017 (PDT)

Unfortunately, it has a bad habit of being obnoxious and won't let me center the resulting tables inside the cells of the other table I am using it in. Is there a better way to do this (mayhap using div-boxes or spans, or some other trickery I just don't know)? If not, can you make any suggestions for the syntax of the page/templates in question. They are: Vingdagese#Characters, Template:VDT+ and the other version of the template which basically just makes placing Files easier Template:VDT.

I went into Template:VDT+ and changed 'float: left' to 'display: inline-block'. This appears to have had the effect of centering them in the table in Vingdagese. If it doesn't work for you or if you meant a different kind of effect, let me know and we can look into it further.

Rotated table headings

While I'm sure there is a way to do this properly, I don't know how offhand - Google would be your best bet. From the results of a quick search, it may not be an easy one-line solution. —Muke Tever | 04:12, 27 September 2017 (PDT)

Thanks for the Table of Contents that you've put on my user talk page. I'll probably adapt it a bit, so that the characters are lower case (which is more consistent with my Romanisation), but I think it looks good.
