SVO word order, lack of nominal case, marks definite / indefinite with article, marks plural with -s suffix, verb conjugates for tense, person and number but not mood or aspect (probably a lack of any real mood other than declarative), auxiliary verbs for aspect. Irregular verbs: to be, to go (...) both locative and stative "be" verbs...
