I went into [[Template:VDT+]] and changed 'float: left' to 'display: inline-block'.  This appears to have had the effect of centering them in the table in [[Vung Dác Tõ]].  If it doesn't work for you or if you meant a different kind of effect, let me know and we can look into it further.

Thanks for the Table of Contents that you've put on my user talk page. I'll probably adapt it a bit, so that the characters are lower case (which is more consistent with my Romanisation), but I think it looks good.

Welcome to FrathWiki! We hope you will contribute much and well. You will probably want to read the help pages. Again, welcome and have fun! Muke Tever | 14:40, 19 July 2014 (PDT)

Your questions

I am sorry not being able to help you; while I have been granted admin status, that doesn't mean that I would be a MediaWiki wizard, or have received a tutorial in wiki management and FrathWiki administrative policies. It is one matter to be allowed to do something; it is another to know how to do them. --WeepingElf (talk) 08:05, 18 September 2017 (PDT)

Again, I am sorry that I can't help you. I don't know which admins are there, and who of them are still active. --WeepingElf (talk) 07:47, 23 September 2017 (PDT)

Unfortunately, it has a bad habit of being obnoxious and won't let me center the resulting tables inside the cells of the other table I am using it in. Is there a better way to do this (mayhap using div-boxes or spans, or some other trickery I just don't know)? If not, can you make any suggestions for the syntax of the page/templates in question. They are: Vingdagese#Characters, Template:VDT+ and the other version of the template which basically just makes placing Files easier Template:VDT.

I went into Template:VDT+ and changed 'float: left' to 'display: inline-block'. This appears to have had the effect of centering them in the table in Vingdagese. If it doesn't work for you or if you meant a different kind of effect, let me know and we can look into it further.

>> Relatedly, as I tend to mess with naming conventions and what not, I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to give me the ability to rename pages and suppress the automatic creation of a re-direct page. I know this isn't generally done for ordinary users, but I can assure you that I have no interest in purposefully breaking links willy-nilly and actually would just like to be able to move my stuff around when I need to without creating a swath of dead pages in my wake that may never get dumped themselves. I am well aware of checking the "What links here?" link to make sure that when I move things it makes as few dead links as possible. Just a thought that might make less work for you guys in the long run and minimize the number of dead pages I end up making.

Regarding deletions, I've given you admin rights so you can take care of what you need done. I don't think we really have bureaucracy here so it's pretty much purely a janitorial thing.

Rotated table headings

While I'm sure there is a way to do this properly, I don't know how offhand - Google would be your best bet. From the results of a quick search, it may not be an easy one-line solution. —Muke Tever | 04:12, 27 September 2017 (PDT)

Thanks for the Table of Contents that you've put on my user talk page. I'll probably adapt it a bit, so that the characters are lower case (which is more consistent with my Romanisation), but I think it looks good.
