Folkspraak is an obsolete synonym for Folksprak. Folkspraak, with doubled a was the older spelling for the name of the language. The spelling has changed as the generally accepted method of marking long vowels has changed. With the newer orthographies, vowels are considered long by default if followed by only one consonant, so the douuble vowel is no longer necessary.
