Kula Īsen is a language spoken primarily in Russian Norrland, on the Kola peninsula (Kula Ūlem), natively). It appears to be at least distantly related to the neighbouring language of Jāsen, although such resemblences are popularly attributed to a Norrlandish Sprachbund.
