- *päxli "side" → *pälkä "thumb" (Janhunen 2008)
- *ńäxli- > FS *ńälkä "hunger" (AASmy)
- *ponča "tail" → FS *počka "thigh" (?)
- *peli- "to fear" → BF *pelko "fear", *pelkät- "to fear" (? verbal sense perhaps re-derived)
