Okay, so where's this puppy going to go? The (P/B)(H) system will likely require an "ecko chamber" to remain stable... India is out of the question, and it doesn't feel very Australian (you'd expect something little more idiosyncratic in that isolation!) Coastal North America could do, but so could Europe. Maybe even South Africa? Hmm.
