My System

Stops

p b pʰ t d tʰ č ǰ čʰ c j cʰ k g kʰ kʷ gʷ kʷʰ
p b pʰ t d tʰ tʃ dʒ tʃʰ c ɟ cʰ k ɡ kʰ kʷ ɡʷ kʷʰ

Note: The č ǰ čʰ series is recontructed as tḱ dǵ dʰǵʰ in the Traditional (and most other) systems. It seems clear to me that it's an affricate of some kind, and the postalveolar series is easiest for me personally to pronounce. Aside from a single dgʷ onset, it's the only root-internal stop/stop cluster in PIE, and I'm quite willing to sweep the lone dgʷ under the rug as a ǰu̯.

Semivowels

u̯ u i̯ i h11 h22 h33
w u j i ʔ ɛ ʕ ʌ ʕʷ ɔ

Fricatives

I suspect two distinct fricatives, the standard s and ... "something else". If present, it's rare, and I have tended to use x to notate it. I lean towards postalveolar as the point of articulation (i.e. /ʃ/ ~ /ʒ/), but I have very little evidence to go on so far.

Gábor Sándi System
