Footnotes

¹These words are plural in meaning, and thus only have a singular form. There is no plural for these words, as that would make no sense
²These words are plural in meaning, and already resemble a plural in their nominative form. Hence, they decline as plurals would, without having a singular form
³These words are singular in meaning, and already resemble a singular in their nominative form. Hence, they decline as singular words do, without having a plural form
⁴These verbs are part of the obscure 5th declension, reserved purely for deponent verbs for which the present infinitive ends in "-nåÿ". They decline by changing their stem for different tenses, rather than changing their endings. Fortunately however, these verbs all follow the example of the verb "menåÿ" (to admit), which lists out these conjugations. Another way to recognise these verbs is that they are the only ones to have "å" in their stem outside of the infinitive.
