The SE languages (southeast) are part of the masculine side of the "sex war", where male-dominated tribes fought against female-dominated tribes. In the early phases of the war, which lasted thousands of years, both sides used adult male soldiers. Later on, the feminist tribes started sending women to battle as well, and using nontraditional warfare such as plagues where their own soldiers would die in the process of killing the opposing side's men. Eventually the fighting stopped as the women agreed to let the men have the best land while the men divided amongst themselves and ceased to be a unified force. The female-dominated tribes had the worst land, but also had more territory per capita, so they eventually outgrew the male-dominated tribes, and male-led societies came to think of themselves as endangered.

Postalveolars: č ň š λ ř

Velars: k ŋ x (Ø)

And the vowels were something like /a e i o u/ but perhaps just /a i u/.
