The categories that you marked "for deletion"- do you want all the included images removed? I'm hesitant to just empty them out without making absolutely sure. - bornfor 11:27 (EDT) 15 Nov 2012
- bornfor, thank you for clarifying/verifying, and the answer is a resounding yes. I do NOT want/need the images for any current/future projects. masako

I finally noticed your comment over there, and responded to it. Thought I would leave a line here as it isn't likely that you'd see it otherwise. :) — Talk · Cont 01:24, 11 January 2020 (PST)
Some questions on Kala lexicon
Yata! A few questions on your Kala lexicon.
- Is hasi derived from the Japanese "hashi"?
- Yes. masako (talk)
- Yay! Got it right! Khemehekis (talk)
- Yes. masako (talk)
- Am I correct in guessing that apakipyo comes from a Kalanization of the name "Asperger", plus the word pyo meaning disease?
- No. apa means "closed, shut"; ki means "self, reflexive"; and -pyo is from "disease; illness" masako (talk)
- So I was way off! (Well, except for the -pyo part.) Interesting that it's just a coincidence that apaki- looks like "Asperger". Perhaps "Asperger" would become apaka or apeka in Kala? Khemehekis (talk)
- No. apa means "closed, shut"; ki means "self, reflexive"; and -pyo is from "disease; illness" masako (talk)
- Your words for girl (nahi) and boy (tahi) directly tie into ntahi (child). What word would you use for, say, a 16-year-old girl, or a 22-year-old boy?
- tsonta is used for "teen/ager", and tlaka or tahi would be used for a 22 year old. masako (talk)
- I see. So you don't have to be a ntahi to be a tahi or nahi. Khemehekis (talk)
- Question: If you wanted to say "teen-age girl", specifying both the girl's age group and her gender, would you say "tsonta nahi", or "nahi tsonta", or would one or both of the words be inflected? Khemehekis (talk) 08:11, 6 October 2020 (PDT)
