Brownie (tádí Škadaí) is a language of Mars.

History

The first mentions of the Brownies (sge Škadaí) are in the 4th century A.M. Their common name (Dunamy: Prääna "brownie") was given because of their diminutive stature (1–1½ ft/30–45 cm on average) and their habit of living hidden in unused parts of houses. The native name is understood to refer to a person, probably the progenitor of the race; Škadaí is still a male name in use.

Classification

Brownie has not been proven to have a relationship to any other language of Mars, so is generally classified as a coalescence language.

Geography

The home territory of the Brownie people is Dunamy Town. It is very rare to find Brownies or their language anywhere else.
