Myers-Briggs, or MBTI, is a typology personality based on four dichotomies: extroversion vs. introversion, intuition vs. sensing, feeling vs. thinking, and judging vs. perceiving. (Sometimes a fifth, assertiveness vs. turbulence, is added, to match the five categories of the Big 5/OCEAN model.) This results in sixteen personality types.
